Pelvic Organ Prolapse: Non-surgical treatments work for mild to moderate prolapses

Stage 4 prolapses do not happen overnight. It can take years to progress to such a late stage, so it really makes sense to work on maintaining a healthy pelvic floor.

Pelvic floor muscle retraining (PFMT) is the primary non-surgical (or so-called “conservative”) treatment for pelvic organ prolapse
