Specialized Care
Restore Your Pelvic Health
Extensive training in pelvic floor physiotherapy and osteopathy both in Canada and the United States translates into a sophisticated treatment approach. The pelvic floor and organs have many fascial and circulatory connections to so many areas of the body–an integrated approach involving myofascial release, stretching and strengthening, visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy and cranial osteopathy, and lymphatic drainage restores health and balance.
Working Together
Listening is essential to connecting and building an effective treatment plan together.
As is collaborating with other healthcare providers: naturopathic doctors, physicians, nutritionists, psychotherapists, massage therapists, and other physiotherapists and osteopaths.
2 Downtown Locations
Both offices are part of 2 downtown multi-disciplinary clinics, one in Yorkville, and the other at the corner of Dundas Street and University Avenue. Both have easy access via transit, with nearby parking as well.
